Responsible for the the oversight of all Markets & WMS APAC's products, services and processes in relation to reputational, operational and/or financial risk. This includes identify and assess any associated risks and provide innovative solutions to mitigate them if/where relevant. It also involves to develop, maintain, optimise, implement and conduct effective risk governance and controls framework according to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**Product Development & Management**
- Development of new and ongoing maintenance of existing discretionary and advisory solutions
- Development of tailored made solutions for individual clients
- Acting as product owner for certain parts of the offering shelf
- Coordinate product implementations and modifications with all internal stakeholders, incl. front units - tasks include amongst others: process definitions, review of legal contracts and internal policies, coordination of system changes, marketing materials, promotion initiatives, ESG product disclosures as well as ensuring that everything is set up properly in internal systems
- Act as single point of contact for all product and services related questions
- Preparation of business cases for new products and strategic initiatives
- Assure adequate product governance
- Maintenance of the internal product catalogue
- Contribution to cross-functional and cross-divisional projects as a representative of the team

**Product Governance & Life Cycle Management**
- Prepare materials for and coordinate regular Product Approval Board meetings
- Coordinate periodic product life cycle reviews
- Prepare internal reporting to senior management

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or other higher education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Prior experience of up to 5 years in the financial industry (Banking or Asset Management)
- Knowledge of “Private Banking” products and services and corresponding processes would be an asset but is not required
- Interest in legal and regulatory topics such as Mifid and SFDR and existing knowledge in key regulatory topics would be an asset
- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Strong analytic skills, a critical mindset willing to challenge the status quo and eager to learn
- Ability to mediate between different stakeholders to find the best solution for the client
- Strong ability to work independently (self-motivated) and in a well-structured and precise working manner
- Fluency in English. Fluency in German would be preferred but is not required
