**Product Manager (80-100%)****:
Zurich | working from home up to 60% | Reference 5482

**What You Will Do**:

- support the identification and specification of new product & service features within the empowered team, delivering requirement specifications for engineers
- keep abreast of market developments with Ethereum and in Crypto staking
- accountable for addressing product risks early on and for the agreed outcome the product or feature should enable
- communicates regularly with all stakeholders on the ‘what’, ‘why’, and ‘progress’ on relevant initiatives. Prioritizes work within the feature / product team
- sets success criteria (OKRs) with the empowered team, conducts regular reviews, and takes action to increase chances of success
- support Sales team efforts with new opportunities

**What You Bring**:

- experience working on Web3 / Crypto products as well as prioritising product backlogs
- proven skills with product discovery and requirements gathering
- ability to work independently, highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial and adept at working in high performing and agile environments. High interest in learning of new technologies and concepts.
- solid working experience with JIRA and Confluence
- excellent verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus
