As the CHI Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly for the CHI BU President and closely with our leadership team to help grow, scale and run the day to day operations of CHI more effectively. In this role, you will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on CHI productivity, overseeing communication objectives and managing and driving key projects.

This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence. You will be the right hand of the CHI President to execute on all major Business Unit priorities.

This role will work collaboratively and in close partnership with other key stakeholders of the leadership team, including Commercial, Marketing, R&D, HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, IT.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as an extension of the President on strategic projects.
- Manage projects for the President, ensuring deadlines are met and appropriate steps taken. Help keep the President on track, regularly report status, and proactively lighten his workload.
- Identify and own key projects to drive operational maturity in CHI in partnership with the President.
- Join business-related calls, take thorough notes and participate in next steps and action items.
- Serve as the organizational “glue” - connecting, onboarding, and supporting the growth of leadership and integration efforts.
- Prepare and execute all executive materials and presentations.
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Develop agendas and materials for executive meetings; track action plans and follow-ups to completion.
- Create high quality presentations for the EC, Board of Directors and other departments/divisions as required.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the President and act as a representative when required.
- Help with calendar management, scheduling and logistics for the President.

- Energetic and detail oriented. Comfortable moving at a fast pace and working in ambiguity.

Key requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience within business or consulting is required.
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders including C-suite.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and leading cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, Quality).
- Experience with gathering, analyzing and understanding divergent data and ability to synthetize, formulate hypothesis, recommendations and translate into actionable plans.
- Experience in developing compelling business cases.
- English is required; German is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods would be a great plus.
- Highly resourceful and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Passionate for the health and wellness industry.
