We are actively seeking a **Product Manager**, who must have semi-conductor experience and based in either **Switzerland (Lausanne),** **US (California), or UK (Northampton or Reading).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage assigned product portfolio through regular and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders
- Generation of key collateral to support design-in activities with strategic customers and via distribution
- Contribute to marketing studies for assigned products, including business case generation and MRD creation

**Required Competencies - Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, CE with five years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience working in a product management role is preferred
- Successfully managed a product or feature throughout its lifecycle through launch and beyond
- Exceptional presentation and communications skills with an understanding of stakeholder management
- Ability to facilitate data-driven decision making
- Work with internal engineering teams to communicate feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Assist in the creation of customer-facing material, marketing collateral, and training material for product production
- Regular communication with the field team on product positioning and pricing strategies
- Create and regularly update business cases in line with product lifecycle and company objectives
- Assist in market segmentation and opportunity sizing; TAM/SAM/SOM modeling
- Working with distribution partners on new product introductions

**Required Competencies - Skills**:

- Ability to work with a variety of internal teams in Hardware and Software Engineering, Systems, Field Applications Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Standards Bodies (PCI-Sig), and external customers
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing at all levels internally and within customers' organizations
- Demonstrate ability to design turnkey solutions and understand all aspects of the product life cycle are a plus
- Strong team player and practical hands-on problem solver
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for solving problems in a collaborative manner
- Working knowledge of SerDes, PCIe, CXL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint
