To strengthen our Intelligent Industry team, we are looking for an Intern Data Science / Management Consulting (M/F/d) for a period of 6+ months

- Support the senior team in developing MVP products for Smart Industrial Application.
- Support the organization of design thinking workshops and develop customer journeys.
- Conduct market research.
- Create cold leads.
- Help create content on Digital Engineering, Smart Products, Data Strategy, and Digital Transformation and track engagement.
- Support the senior team in organizing and structuring the deal pipeline and create convincing proposal decks.
- Facilitate market development and organize client meetings.
- Attend conferences and represent our topics.
- Your qualifications
- Academic excellence: outstanding bachelor's or/ and master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business or Technology.
- Industry knowledge: initial work experience in Innovation, Data Science and or Digital Marketing from previous internships, understanding of Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design.
- Consulting experience: first experiences in consulting and project management favorable.
- Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured and hands on work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines and an entrepreneurial mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German mandatory (C1 level), strong presentation and communication skills.
- Digital affinity: Affinity and appreciation for Data Science and Digital Transformation, proficient in PowerPoint and other marketing software tools.
- Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
- Duration of employment: min. 6 months
