To strengthen our Capgemini Invent team, we are looking for an Intern Strategy and Management Consulting for a period of 6+ months (M/F/d)

- Taking on small, independent (parts of) projects
- Collaboration in data collection and analysis as well as information gathering
- Preparation and execution of client workshops
- Getting to know the consultant skillset and our methodologies
- Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy and IT
- Your qualifications
- Academic excellency: outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, (Information) Technology, or Psychology.
- Industry knowledge: initial practical project experience related to digital transformation in the context of internships, a student trainee position, or in a commercial/technical apprenticeship in one of our focus industries (financial services, consumer products and manufacturing or life sciences).
- Consulting experience: initial expertise in consulting and project management.
- Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
- Digital affinity: very good MS Office skills.
