We are looking for an organised, analytical and strategic operations expert to serve as a right-hand partner to our CEO, Tobi, as Chief of Staff. This is a great opportunity for a highly driven, self motivated individual to help drive key initiatives and outcomes across the company. This role is ideal for someone looking to join a fast-paced growth organisation, spearhead large cross functional projects, and work closely with innovative leaders.

Tasks

How you can contribute to yamo
- You collaborate closely with the senior management to drive the delivery of the company’s most important initiatives
- You lead and continuously improve our overall annual strategic planning from retrospective to budget
- You partner with our CEO, Tobi, to proactively define, understand, and address the highest priority challenges facing the company
- You help to assess new business initiatives, partnerships and opportunities in partnership with other functions (e.g. digital or physical product development)
- You support our CEO in investor and board relations and partnership efforts as needed
- You own the change management of large scale initiatives and programs, ensuring the right audiences receive the right information at the right time

**Requirements**:
What sets you up for success
- You have 7+ years of experience in a fast paced environment, e.g. in top tier consulting firms, and/or top tier growth stage start-ups and/or venture capital/investment banking
- You have experience with strategic planning, product planning, organisational planning, and operational follow-through
- You have led multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines and rapidly shifting priorities
- You have strongly developed written and verbal communication skills, varying content and means of communication depending on the audience, if needed
- You are a self starter, hungry for improvement, able to formulate your own hypothesis and roadmaps
- You are fluent in German and in English
