The GLP-1 Diabetes Marketing Director reports to the Vice President, Diabetes Portfolio, and will join a diverse team of passionate and likeminded professionals.

**The Position**

As the GLP-1 Diabetes Marketing Director, you will act as the sparring partner for our regions, affiliates, and commercial strategic office. You will define ‘what good looks like’ for our GLP-1 portfolio and ensure the execution of Novo Nordisk’s diabetes glp-1 strategy across the portfolio, as we deliver on our commitment to support the lives of patients, around the world.

Acting as a connector between multiple organisational levels, you will be responsible for several key initiatives, across the regions, including:

- Creating a platform to facilitate best practise sharing for the portfolio
- Responsibility for the management of supply forecasts
- Act as a key contributor in the development of competitive commercial strategies to maximise the portfolio

**Qualifications**

During your time in the pharmaceutical industry, you have worked in both operational and strategic positions in marketing and commercial functions, across different organisational layers. You enjoy working in multicultural environments and are energised by working with different markets, where you thrive on the diversity and complexity entailed.

You have developed solid analytical skills which, combined with your creative thinking, have enabled you to go beyond the scope of a classical marketeer. Throughout your career so far, you have gained the following experience:

- Product launch experience across at a global or regional level
- Portfolio prioritisation activities, supporting and influencing regions and affiliates in their decision making
- Commercial projects, delivering independently and through others
- Brand or portfolio representation in Global Committees
