**Copywriter & Strategic Content Lead**

Are you fluent in trends, strategy, and storytelling? Join our Brand Creative team as the **Copywriter & Strategic Content Lead**— the voice and vision behind L’Occitane en Provence.
In this hybrid role, you'll craft thumb-stopping content, drive brand storytelling, and shape digital strategy across Instagram, social platforms, and global campaigns. You’re part copywriter, part strategist, and 100% passionate about building emotional connections through content that converts.
**Location**:Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva).
**Reporting to**:Head of Brand Creative Communications
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1)Strategic Planning**:
Supervise and co-lead the creative briefing process in close collaboration with project leads and the Head of brand creative communications, providing insights, guidance and any relevant add-ons such as market research, analysis, consumer trends
- Collaborate with creatives, freelancers, marketers, and product teams to concept and script campaign content
- Define and evolve our brand voice across digital and social, with a strong focus on Instagram storytelling, Reels, and short-form content
**2)360° Brand content creation & management**:
- Fuel creative concept and content creation in collaboration with the Head of brand creative and communications with dedicated creative teams (internal and external)
- Where applicable, monitor and manage copywriting deliverables in English and French such as: press kits, magazines, film scripts, in-store POS displays, advertising slogans and brand guides.
- Develop copy for advertising, branding, marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all written content aligns with brand identity and tone
- Supervise and mentor freelance copywriters
**3)Social Media Instagram**
- You speak fluent Instagram and you can turn product features into emotional benefits in less than 10 words
- In collaboration with the Head of brand creative and the brand marketing team: plan content themes, posting schedules, and campaign rollouts for global Instagram
- Work with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce engaging content - Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices
- Define how the brand interacts with followers, handles comments, and engages in conversations
- Present the grid to the markets and make them adopt our annual calendar
**How you can fit**:
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** as** Strategic Planner / Copywriter**in advertising agencies or corporate environment with very** good know-how on digital, social media** tools & platforms
- **Fluent in English and French**, both spoken and written
- Solid experience in** creative briefings & creative benchmarks**:
- **Strong creative profile**with very good sense of innovation**:
- **Very good capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite,** knowledge of the Creative Suite is a plus
- **Demonstrated strong collaboration skills**, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and departments
