Our vision of Infusion Preparation and Delivery (WW IPD)
The Worldwide Infusion Preparation and Delivery (WW IPD) is a global $1.3B platform that enables safe, efficient, and effective preparation and delivery of infusion therapies across the continuum of care settings around the world.
**Overview**
We are looking for a new Global Senior Director Pump Delivery for our Infusion Business, and this could be you
In this position, you will be responsible for the $700M+ dedicated infusion sets portfolio, including all commercial, operational and product lifecycle management aspects of the business.
As the new Senior Director, you will take accountability for defining the global strategy, setting clear goals and delivering on financial, operational, quality and product development commitments related to Pump Delivery, working closely with the MMS Infusion platform leadership.
To achieve success in this role, you will institute and/or improve processes and governance and will effectively lead a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, finance, quality, regulatory, medical affairs, operations and R&D experts, proactively engaging with BD Regions to ensure go-to-market strategic alignment, commercial excellence and customer satisfaction when promoting existing and launching new products and services globally.
Reporting to the VP/GM WW Infusion Preparation and Delivery, this position serves as a member of the WW IPD Leadership Team and participates routinely in all key activities related to its strategic direction and performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Full commercial and operational responsibility for the Pump Delivery portfolio, including strategy setting and execution.
- Leads the global Pump Delivery organization to achieve business goals.
- Drives annual planning process to define and communicate global strategic, and operational direction for the portfolio.
- Works in close collaboration with functional and regional leaders to deliver on revenue, growth, profitability, quality and product development targets.
- Ensures timely and successful launch of new products and solutions, meeting the global strategy and generating profitable growth for the business.
- Demonstrates BD Excellence attitude to establish effective processes, governance models and critical metrics to continuously supervise and improve all aspects of business performance, ensuring prioritization and portfolio vitality.
- Engages with customers and leads marketing/commercial teams to gather and analyze market and competitive insights, translating them into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Works with manufacturing and supply chain teams to drive continuous operational improvement initiatives and to ensure supply continuity and adequate customer service levels.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate sophisticated concepts to foster understanding and acknowledgement of information both up and down the organization.
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to influence without authority, cultural perspective
