**Information Systems Service Owner/Service Manager**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Establishing relationship with multiple business partners and stakeholders, understanding their strategical, operational and tactical needs.
- Monitoring delivery of solutions/service/support in business-critical areas and ensure OLA’s/SLA’s are delivered according to business expectations.
- Proactively managing 3rd party supplier delivering the service to ABB. Implement service monitoring & metrics for service planning and increased transparency.
- Proposing and delivering actions required to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the services. Review the outcome of the work provided by external partners. Manage communication to stakeholders, including news, announcements, and metrics reporting.
- Managing assigned budget effectively and deliver activities within agreed schedules and costs.
- Providing input for any change or projects that have major impact on the services managed.
- Providing input and review of contracts with 3rd party suppliers for Application Maintenance and Support activities.

**Your background**:

- Proven influencing, communication, and networking skills in a complex, international organization.
- Ability to communicate in English with stakeholders on all levels, from senior management, middle management to SMEs IT.
- Experience in successfully running global services and/or projects & managing 3rd party suppliers.
- A problem-solving attitude and ability to effectively work and organize work without supervision.
- Project management or agile certifications will be a plus.
- Understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, DevOps, Scrum.
