Then look no further than this opportunity to join Batmaid, Switzerland's biggest house cleaning business, as a **B2B Operations Associate**, based out of our **Zurich Office.**

At Batmaid, part of the Batgroup cleaning brands, we are working to become a national leader in the cleaning services sector. Strong of 150 office staff and more than 4000 cleaning colleagues, we are headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland with further offices in Zurich and Lugano. We are also pushing into Europe to realize our expansion goals.

**Commercial Facility Management at Batmaid**

With 9 years of experience in the house-cleaning sector, Batmaid has become the national leader. To continue our expansion, we have broken into the commercial sector with our 'Batmaid for Business' brand. Run as an 'in-house scaleup', our office staff take care of the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial cleaning. This includes
- Building a pipeline of potential customers through business development
- Responding to customer requests and generating sales
- Setting up the service after signing
- Scheduling cleaners onto the engagement
- Coordinating cleaner absences, including buildings access
- Executing quality control throughout the cleaning engagement
- Managing the inventory and delivery logistics of products and materials
- Ensuring the timely and accurate billing and collections for service

**Your Mission**

B2B Operations Associate, your responsibilities include:

- Timely and quality responses to customer queries
- Coordinating between customers and agents in times of absence for tasks and keys
- Ordering products and materials and processing invoices accordingly
- Documenting and improving operational processes

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in an operational role within the services industry, ideally with a focus on services to business customers.
- 2+ years of experience being accountable for the activities of others.
- Fluent English and French is a must. German, Swiss German, and/or Italian are all an advantage.
- You have a “can do” attitude, embrace hard challenges, and focus on getting things done. Nothing can stop you
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
