**We are looking for a scientist to join our preclinical development team for Bioconjugates in Visp, Switzerland**. In our team, you are responsible for the planning and execution of laboratory experiments and you collaborate closely with project teams on early-stage programs.

We are looking for you if you are a great team player, have the necessary skillset, and like contributing to bringing bioconjugate-based biopharmaceuticals to the patient

**What you’ll do**:

- Plan, perform and document laboratory experiments.
- Evaluate data for the preparation of reports or presentations.
- Provide scientific support to lab technicians to ensure scientifically sound execution of experiments.
- Support project leaders in the planning and organization of projects and experiments.

**What we’re looking for**:

- BSc. or MSc. degree in chemistry, biotechnology or a related field.
- Good understanding of general laboratory routines.
- A completed apprenticeship as a laboratory technician, along with a university degree adds significant value.
- Experience in bioconjugation, protein handling, protein chromatography, is a plus.
- Sense of accuracy, quality, and initiative.
- Very flexible, reliable, and proactive with strong team work skills.
- Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic; solution-oriented.
- Fluent in German; good written and oral communication skills in English.
