What You’ll Get Agile career and dynamic working culture Highly collaborative environment fostering teamwork and inclusion A range of professional development programs to grow your skills and career Ethical workplace where tasks are carried out in accordance with relevant procedures Compensation programs that recognize high performance What You’ll Do Secure operational activities for assigned manufacturing projects in downstream areas with responsibility for manufacturing execution, safety and quality standards, and on‑time, in‑full delivery Act as functional lead for preparation, manufacturing execution, cleaning and changeover in the assigned area In downstream processing (DSP) lead the manufacturing of therapeutic BioConjugates such as Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADC) for clinical and commercial projects What We're Looking For Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related Life Science subject, or Bachelor’s holder with additional relevant industry experience GMP experience and/or knowledge of DSP units (e.g., chromatography, ultrafiltration) is an asset Fluent in English with good communication skills and strong team orientation Structured, focused, and solution‑oriented working attitude Lonza is an equal opportunity employer.
