Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are you eager to understand and fulfill our clients’ wealth planning needs? Do you want to play a key role in bringing our wealth planning offering to the next level?
The opportunity has arisen for the Wealth Planning Offering Manager imbedded in the Wealth Planning Competence Center. Your main scope of activities will be to set up the new and maintain the existing offerings, focusing on the wealth planning value proposition, priorities and achievements customized to various target audiences. You will support other tasks which are in the coverage of the Wealth Planning Competence Center team.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Deeply understand the needs of our clients - being Individual or Intermediaries clients - and their advisors and ensure that the most suitable wealth planning offerings are available to them and support their needs
- Develop and maintain account segregation offerings (including UK RND, Usufruct related offerings, etc.,) while ensuring the quality and legal compliance of the product, unlock new opportunities
- Be responsible for creating impactful change through the continued support of Intermediaries with their wealth planning related needs, closely collaborate with various stakeholders
- Jointly with other wealth planning colleagues work on various wealth planning related tasks in order to continuously drive modernization and innovation for Wealth Planning
- In collaboration with other partners drive the required trainings for the users in relation to the corresponding topics
- Support and develop new wealth planning offerings, maintaining an in-depth understanding of wealth planning, and the financial services industry and support team development
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master degree or equivalent (preferably in law, economics or business administration or any other related field)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the financial sector, additional experience in Wealth Planning or a related field would be an advantage
- Work experience in project management
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Planning business and Private Banking in general, additional knowledge of account segregation in relation to UK RND, Usufruct or similar offerings would be an advantage
- Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality and a true agile mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate complex wealth planning topics to audiences of different levels of financial experience and knowledge
- Openness to adapt to new technology and experience with digital tools
- Drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and high-performance culture and to maintain the highest standards with respect to the risk and control culture and in order to meet the Bank's policies and obligations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and preferably in German, further additional languages would be an advantage
