Our vision - at hystrix we create the hub for information on the healthcare market in Switzerland and beyond.
Why?
By dramatically accelerating the day-to-day processes at the interface between healthcare procurement and distribution, we have proven up to 75% reduction in process costs thereby freeing up relevant resources for both our suppliers and our customers.
What?
We are building the first digital procurement and distribution platform in the Swiss healthcare sector that integrates with our clients' ERP systems to quickly and effectively negotiate and contract for regularly needed medical products. We are also expanding this solution regionally to offer the software to hospital groups and purchasing organisations.
As a link between the supply and procurement sides, hystrix medical enables all parties to bring speed, transparency and convenience to their processes - features that have long been a requirement in the B2C consumer goods sector.
Tasks
What we expect
- You will play a key role in onboarding new clients (both hospitals and suppliers) to the platform
- You will train new users and support them with uploading their products and creating procurement baskets
- You will utilise Linkedin and other available leads to arrange high level meetings between hystrix and hospital management
- You are naturally interested in digitalising outdated systems in the B2B arena and see the conversion of analogue processes into digital ones as a fun challenge
- You will provide advice and support in the event of challenges and always proactively obtain feedback so that you can optimise the functionalities of the platform in cooperation with our IT department according to user requirements.

**Profile**:
- Technical or business university background
- Some experience in the Swiss healthcare sector is an advantage, but even more important is your willingness to generate new sales leads and provide operational support to our customer success team.
- You are not only strong analytically and conceptually, but also have a comprehensive understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements
- Fluent German (mother tongue) and English (technical knowledge) required. French/Italian (technical knowledge) an advantage
- Goal-oriented doer mentality, entrepreneurial personality and strong communication/presentation skills
- Willing to take on responsibility
- Team player
- Valid work permit CH/EU
