**Position Overview**:
As a Supple Chain Coordinator at Equip Club SA., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our supply chain to support the distribution and availability of premium sports equipment at our autonomous stations. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the supply chain, from data management and forecasting to transport planning and inventory control.

Tasks
- Data Management:

- Create and manage data in our ERP system, including product information, suppliers, SKUs, EAN codes, and other relevant data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support supply chain processes.
- Purchase Order Management:

- Collaborate with the development team and utilize sales forecasts to place purchase orders with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders as needed to meet customer demand.
- Production Coordination:

- Work closely with production teams and communicate product requirements, packing instructions, and quality requirements to manufacturing partners.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of sports equipment.
- Supply and Transport Planning:

- Develop and execute supply and transport planning strategies to optimize the distribution of sports equipment to autonomous stations.
- Monitor and adjust plans to meet changing demand and logístical challenges.
- Inbound and Outbound Transport Management:

- Manage all inbound and outbound transports, including seafreight, airfreight, and express shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Inventory Control:

- Manage inventory and maintain a relationship with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Ensure accurate stock records and organize inventory for efficient access.
- Customer Deliveries and Invoicing:

- Coordinate the delivery of sports equipment to autonomous stations and customers.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers as necessary.
- ERP Development and Process Improvement:

- Be responsible for all supply development into our ERP system, and seek opportunities to add automation when possible.
- Write down and update supply chain processes to support the growing startup.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
- Established experience with transport and customs (incoterms, HS code etc.)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Process-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
