The Nidecker Group, a global leader in snow and action sports, is expanding into the footwear industry following recent strategic acquisitions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Demand & Supply Planner to support our Head of Procurement in market trend analysis, forecasting, and supply planning. This role requires strong collaboration skills, working closely with sales and production teams to align supply with business needs.
Tasks
- Collect and consolidate customer demand and forecasts.
- Create demand plans to meet turnover targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with production teams to guarantee on-time fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate demand planning records and reports.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist in preparing reports on demand trends, inventory status, and supply chain performance.
- Lead inventory reviews and stock counts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Work with the sustainability team to support eco-friendly material planning initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: At least 5 years in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field, ideally within the footwear, apparel, or sporting goods industries.
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Languages**: Fluent in English (required); French (native preferred). Additional languages are a plus.
**Soft Skills**: A collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
