Axpo is seeking a dedicated Program Manager Talent & Performance Management to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative talent and performance strategies that drive our organization's success. Your expertise will help us cultivate a culture of continuous learning and ensure we have a robust pipeline of future leaders ready to take on critical roles.
**What you will do**:
- Partner with key stakeholders to refine and execute a comprehensive Talent and Performance management strategy.
- Be responsible for the program management of talent, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of a group-wide succession planning process to secure a diverse and strong talent pool.
- Work closely with senior leaders to promote strategic programs focused on nurturing high-potential talent across the organization.
- Manage our global Talent Programs on a daily basis, supporting the growth and development of each participant.
- Assist in the rollout of a Talent and Performance management software tool to streamline processes.
- Design and deliver innovative content, learning journeys, and events that leverage creative tools and techniques.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, focusing on the development of future-critical skills.
- Oversee vendor relationships, budgeting and expense management to support program goals.
- Analyze talent review data to inform the Learning and Development team, enhancing the speed of capability development and diversifying talent pipelines.
**What you bring & who you are**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Psychology.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a global corporate setting.
- A strong passion for working in Talent and Performance Development.
- Global mindset with a history of success in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging leaders.
- Demonstrated analytical prowess, capable of critical and independent thought.
- Proven program management and planning capabilities.
- Resilience in ambiguous situations and adept at managing competing priorities.
- Experience as a facilitator, trainer or coach.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
