As the Balance Sheet Framework and Steering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the bank's balance sheet to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s risk appetite. You will support the management in overseeing the allocation of financial resources, interest rate risk management, balance sheet optimization strategies, as well as strategic projects.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Steering of financial resources by providing management information, limit frameworks and tools to optimize revenues in light of regulatory capital, interest rate risk, funding and liquidity costs, and the balance sheet structure
- Conduct financial analysis to explain and forecast the development of key balance sheet elements and earnings sensitivities
- Enhance capabilities for budgeting and financial performance measurement within the bank, with a focus on Treasury
- Develop proposals and prepare senior manage management presentations on business process/ methodology enhancements (e.g. allocation of funding costs, allocation of cost of capital)
- Contribute to/ lead Treasury change projects, incl. close collaboration with IT
- Support the organization and preparation of senior management decision committees

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
- Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, CIIA) desirable
- Ideally, first years of experiences in a similar role in Treasury or Treasury Risk Management in the financial services industry or a management consulting firm
- Track record in handling and analysis of large amounts of data and financial modelling, programming skills will be a plus
- Hands on, solution and delivery-oriented mind-set with track record of close collaboration across corporate functions levels of seniority
