Intern - Digital Engineering Services (M/F/x)

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The construction industry is currently undergoing a transformation process from a rather conservative to a more and more digitalized approach. With its hardware, software and services, Hilti acts as a key partner to support customers to plan, design, build and operate their projects. In your role as an intern in the Digital Engineering Services team, you will support the team in improving the Digital Engineering Services like Digital Training Services.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months

As an intern in our department, you will be part of a highly motivated team that is dedicated to develop and globally introduce Digital Engineering Services. Your key responsibility will be to support the team improving the maturity of the Digital Engineering Services like Usage Tracking and Reporting, Testing methodology and process, Competence Concept, providing training to the Service Providers and executing other tasks related to digitalisation of the service, etc.

- Enrollment for the whole internship period in a PhD or Master’s program in Marketing or Business or IT or Engineering, on top business / marketing experience preferred
- Ability to map digital customer journey and End to End business process understanding
- Ability to think & work in a structured manner and organize complex tasks in work packages
- Digital affinity and passion for software / digital topics, prior experience preferred
- Passion for improving customer experience / end to end process / operational efficiency
- Very good communication skills, especially excellent English writing skills
- Positive attitude, Proactive and takes initiative
- Team player, eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team
