Ce projet vise à étudier l'impact de la commémoration politisée de la victimisation collective par la guerre sur les relations intergroupes en Bosnie-Herzégovine post-conflit. Il cherche également à évaluer le potentiel des interventions psychologiques intergroupes pour renforcer la résilience contre la polarisation ethnique et prévenir l'escalade des conflits. **Titre et compétences exigés** - Doctorat en psychologie sociale et politique, science politique ou dans un domaine connexe. - Très bonnes connaissances des recherches sur les guerres civiles et des approches socio-psychologiques, ainsi que des compétences méthodologiques, notamment en analyse statistique et en élaboration de conceptions expérimentales et d'enquêtes. - Maîtrise de l'anglais; la connaissance du bosniaque/croate/serbe est un atout. **Entrée en fonction** 1er janvier 2025 ou date à convenir **Contact** Aucun dossier papier ne sera accepté. The project aims to investigate the impact of politicized commemoration of collective war victimization on intergroup relations in post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina, and to evaluate the potential of psychological intergroup interventions in building resilience against ethnic polarization and preventing conflict escalation. **Required qualifications** - PhD in social and political psychology, political science, or a related field. - Very good knowledge of research on civil wars and social-psychological approaches, as well as methodological skills, notably in statistical analysis and the elaboration of experimental designs and surveys. - Fluency in English. Familiarity with Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian is an asset.
