We are an international and diverse team of 33 people, 50% women, coming from 22 different countries and speaking 20 different languages.

As a Technical Recruiter at Ledgy, your mission will be to help maximize the wellbeing of our current team and hire new Ledgistas.

At Ledgy, you will
- Be the owner of all hiring-related topics in the engineering and product department
- Find, source, and onboard exceptional talent
- Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
- Identify creative and strategic ways to source great people with unconventional backgrounds
- Share best practice interviewing techniques with managers
- Build an effective network of internal and external resources to call on as needed
- Continually search for opportunities to elevate our brand by identifying industry best practices, evaluating competitors, and nurturing networks and partnerships

You are a good fit for this job if you have
- 1 or more years of experience in tech recruitment
- Solid social skills and an interest in human behavior and psychology
- Able to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Listening and leadership skills: able to give and receive feedback, onboard people, and create positive change
- Hands-on experience in talent-related topics in a stimulating and fast-growing company
- Experience in a high-growth environment
