**The role**
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to be the driver of our member insights, with the following key areas of responsibility:
- **
Support member research**: broaden understanding of the member base delivering both regular member research as well as larger market studies. Make sure that we get actionable insights across all consumer “touchpoints”.
- **
Prioritise member experience in all decision-making processes**:be the ‘voice’ of the member at PuireGym AG working with all business units to ensure member experience is at the heart of every decision.
- **
Drive member understanding and segmentation**:together with the Insight and Analytics team, lead the thinking on membership segmentation and resultant sign-up and churn drivers.
- **
Support with strategic initiatives to maximise retention**: through close collaboration with marketing, work on key retention initiatives targeting every stage of the customer journey.

For this role we require the following experience or qualifications:
- Experience in an analytical role, ideally in a consumer brand or consultancy.
- Strong academic background.
- Strong written and communication skills with the ability to turn analysis into actionable business insights for a wide array of stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging multiple data sources to tackle both well-defined and ambiguous problems.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset.
- Experience dealing with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Highly proficient with Excel and Powerpoint.
