**SME** Account Manager**

**Your Mission**

You will supervise relationships to our small and medium enterprise accounts with a focus on the DACH region. You will identify the slumbering potential in these accounts and help develop them into even bigger fans of Open Systems. Supported by an exceptional team of professionals on technical and sales side you will build and maintain long-term trust within your account portfolio. Your responsibilities include:
**Your key responsibilities**
- You acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
- You develop trust relationships with customers to ensure highest satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- You advance these relationships by continuously proposing new solutions and seize new opportunities
- You know your customer portfolio by heart and know which opportunities to focus on
- You manage sales cycles from start to end and handle contract renewals
- You work in close cooperation with our technical teams in order to plan and close deals

**Your qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience with value selling approach in IT environment (preferably in selling managed IT services)
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a talent in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels, incl. C-level
- You have a track record of successfully achieving quota targets
- You have excellent organizational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- You have a strong affinity with digitalization trends and cybersecurity
- Knowledge in the areas of Secure SD-WAN, Global Connectivity, Cloud deployments (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), SOCaaS and Cybersecurity would be an advantage
- You are a fluent English and German speaker and proficient in writing
- Willingness to travel, especially in DACH region
