**Your role and responsibilities**:
- Owning the technical and market specification for the product and determining a product plan that supports sustainable growth. Leading market intelligence analysis and supporting the global product management in verifying technical and market specification.
- Establish tools & processes for idea / innovation management and identification of market trends and voices for the mentioned industry verticals. Work closely with Sales/Service/Operations teams to identify the market “wants & needs” in automation.
- Support Sales enablement activities for the introduction of new technology and offerings into the mentioned markets.
- Collaborate with Division Automation Product Manager to communicate program status and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Identify and accompany pilot projects for the specific mentioned industries
- Collaborate effectively with business managers, steering committees, product management, and other internal functions and external parties.
- Drive Evolution Strategy & Technology for the future technology, specifically for the installed based systems
- Close alignment with Digital / Edgenius Governance and close collaboration with BL Digital (e.g. on History / Collaborative HMI / Augmented Operator )
- Initiating and driving product market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation. Defining product customer value proposition per segment ensuring clear product positioning
- Guiding, coaching, and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales and operation team.
- Strongly interact with R&D team to ensure proper product support and roadmap implementation.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Master’s or bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering or Business-related degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the industrial automation domain
- Ability to globally collaborate with both the R&D team as well as with colleagues in engineering
- Independent worker and fast learner, creative thinker
- Fluent business English, second language desired
