We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated Product Manager to work with our team & our clients to deliver digital products of high quality, on time.

You are a process-oriented person, a structured thinker,have excellent communication skills and have a desire to contribute to improving existing practices and processes?

You enjoy learning in-depth about different industries when diving in to create products for them and want to further hone your skills as a product manager?

You pro-actively foresee the path a project will take which enables you to intervene in time and give clients a warm and fuzzy feeling?

You enjoy working as part of a team and actively ensure that people feel heard, appreciated and have what they need to focus on delivering their part?

what. AG is one of the leading digital consultancies with a headquarter in Zurich, Switzerland. With our global team, we build digital products, create outstanding websites, and help our clients to grow. Our clients range from leading startups to global Enterprises.

You will be in touch with all of these working directly with our motivated, talented, distributed team of 50+ people.

Tasks
- Guide workshops to define the scope of a project or to turn ideas into possible solutions.
- Turn ideas into implementable concepts that convert prospects into clients.
- Lead the definition and detailing of product concepts based on client input, your own research, and experience.
- Guide design & implementation of your concepts in close collaboration with our design & development team.
- Collaborate closely with our growth team to enable product validation and iteration towards product/markert fit

**Requirements**:

- Product Manager with 3+ years experience, prior work experience in a related field
- You deeply understand the lifecycle of a product and what is needed to create a successful product
- You have knowledge of design, technology, and business - and an ability to integrate these different views into a cohesive product vision
- You combine this with solid Project Management experience - you know how to design and develop a product with a team of experienced designers and developers
