In order to strengthen our functional teams in migration projects, customization, and operation of our clients' cloud platforms, we are looking for a **Technical Leader specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 technologies**.

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Within the Business Apps and Collaboration department, you will be responsible for participating in development, integration, migration projects, and the development of service offerings around Dynamics CRM.
- ** Ensuring the analysis and definition of the technical and functional scope**:

- Participating in requirements gathering and writing functional specifications.
- Recommending and validating one or more technical solutions based on approved functional specifications.
- **Technical expert throughout all project phases**:

- Designing and architecting scalable and high-performing Dynamics CRM solutions, customizing and extending the platform to meet specific business needs.
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conducting code reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring overall quality of deliverables.
- **Project and pre-sales responsibility**:

- Leading and overseeing end-to-end implementation projects of Dynamics CRM, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Keeping abreast of the latest features, enhancements, and trends in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to propose innovative solutions.
- Participating in the creation and updating of the service catalog and Sword Technologies' offerings in your area of expertise (including participation in pre-sales meetings).

**Votre Profil**:

- University degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- ** Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a technical expert** or senior developer in Dynamics CRM implementation projects.
- ** Strong expertise in customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM**, including entity customization, workflows, plugins, and web resources.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience working in collaborative development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- French and English fluent (both are mandatory)
