**Your role**

Are you an experienced Management Consultant with focus on the financial services industry? Do you want to work side by side with UBS management to solve strategic challenges? Do you enjoy collaborating with multinational and cross-functional teams? We’re looking for a high performing team manager based in Zürich, to:

- Manage engagements from start to finish, ensuring delivery of high-quality work (growth, efficiency, digitization or regulatory change)
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges
- Assume a team lead role in Group Internal Consulting in Switzerland and advise, coach and develop consultants in your team
- Develop relationships with senior management, identify and develop new opportunities for our internal clients
- Actively contribute to the development of Group Internal Consulting

Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consultant unit. We are a dynamic, driven and diverse team with over 750 people present in 5 regions across the globe. As part of the firm’s Group Transformation Office (GTO), we work in close partnership with all divisions and functions to drive transformation and change across UBS, supporting the firm in achieving its strategic goals. Our focus is on delivering high quality services, with fast onboarding, leveraging institutional knowledge. We offer our consultants a diverse portfolio of projects, providing them with the chance to work across the firm. **Your expertise**
- University degree or equivalent education (master’s degree preferred)
- 10+ years of work experience the majority of in a management consulting firm with a Banking focus
- Strong leadership skills and experience promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for employees with autonomy to deliver
- Ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing relationships with clients and generating transformation opportunities that lead to successful engagements
- Excellent banking and product knowledge (Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Retail Banking)
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
