Hobson Prior are seeking for a QA Manager GxP Systems to join a fantastic biotech establishment on a contract basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on finding, evolving and commercialising novel remedies to assist more people.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will handle the incoming requests for QS documents framework modification as well as make decisions on integration within the company's international quality framework.
- Supervise the GxP compliance decision of the QS document lifecycle which involves periodic evaluations, translations, and training issuance periods.
- Cooperate with QA systems business owner(s) and QA consistent improvement and performance manager.
- When required, you will assist the business owner and the system owner for the business/technical aspects of the validation and operations of QA owned GxP systems.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years of experience in quality systems, training and/or processes oversight, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a QA role within a pharmaceutical organisation.
- Familiarity with procedural architecture and training management structure oversight in a regulated context, preferably pharma on GxP projects.
- Know-how of GxP regulated settings and needs.
- Comprehension of ICH Q10 and quality systems in a GxP setting.
- Prior involvement in and able to handle people of different cultures, educational backgrounds, and computer know-how.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in French and/or German.
