**MISSION**

Dans un véritable esprit d'entreprise, vous serez chargé de soutenir le CEO et l'EXCO dans la définition, l'exécution et le déploiement de la stratégie de Varinor. Dans une collaboration étroite avec le Comité Exécutif et les autres parties prenantes, vous assurerez l'alignement opérationnel et économique de tous les projets avec la stratégie de Varinor. Un leadership transversal sera essentiel pour assurer le succès de votre mission.

**RESPONSABILITES**
- Traduire l'ambition stratégique de l'entreprise en plan d'actions
- Piloter les projets clés de Varinor (avancement, performance, coûts, anticipation, gestion des risques techniques et opérationnels)
- Encadrer des projets stratégiques transversaux « ad hoc » liés aux priorités du moment
- Accompagner les équipes projets dans la réalisation de leurs missions quotidiennes et dans le respect de la roadmap / stratégie Varinor
- Être responsable de l'agenda stratégique (planning stratégique, budget, revues internes / externes )
- Fournir un soutien quotidien au CEO / EXCO (préparation de documentation, agenda)
- Animer la vie des comités projets (rédiger les notes de synthèse sur les sujets importants et les présenter au CEO/EXCO, diffusion de compte rendu )
- Définir des processus et des référentiels afin d’industrialiser et standardiser les pratiques de l’entreprise en matière de gestion de projets
- Contribuer à l’instauration d’une vraie culture du projet au sein de Varinor et accompagner la conduite du changement (anticiper et accompagner les changements stratégiques)

**PROFIL**
- Vous êtes obligatoirement issu(e) d’une formation supérieure et avez une forte appétence pour le monde de la Finance
- Vous bénéficiez d’une solide expérience (5 ans minimum) en gestion de projets (priorisation, planification, allocation des ressources, gestion budgétaire ).
- Une expérience dans un cabinet de conseil en stratégie ou opérations serait un atout majeur
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils et les logiciels de gestion de projets type diagramme de Gantt, WBS, etc.
- Vous avez un excellent sens de l'organisation qui vous permet de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Vous êtes capable de tenir des délais serrés et savez anticiper
- Vous faites preuve d’une grande rigueur et êtes autonome
- Vous avez une certaine aisance relationnelle et êtes une personne communicative.
- Vous savez être pédagogue pour accompagner au mieux les équipes projets
- Anglais courant
