Liste der Aufgaben:
  • Sie wirken bei der Schaffung und Umsetzung einer Business Risk Management Struktur mit, die der Abteilung Business Management der Commercial Division zugeordnet ist
  • Sie entwickeln und pflegen die Verbindung zwischen Front Office und Compliance und vermitteln zwischen diesen Abteilungen
  • Sie unterstützen den Front Office bei der Eröffnung von Geschäftsbeziehungen, bei regelmässigen KYC- und bei Transaktionsreviews, insbesondere in komplexen Fällen oder bei speziellen Regulierungen (FATCA, CRS, QI, FINSA)
  • Sie legen Referenzstandards fest, um die Mitarbeitenden des Front Office zu entlasten und die Konsistenz der Kundenprofile zu gewährleisten
  • Sie optimieren die Prozesse für Beziehungs- und Kontoeröffnung, KYC und AML und entwickeln Lösungen für Vereinfachung und Automatisierung unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
  • Sie schulen die Front Office Mitarbeitenden in neuen Prozessen
Anforderungen:

Sie verfügen über eine fundierte höhere Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft und Compliance sowie über nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung in diesen Bereichen. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse des Regulierungsrahmens, der Prozesse der Beziehungseröffnung und der internationalen Regulierung von Sanktionen. Sie sind eine positive und kommunikative Person, die viel Wert auf Teamarbeit legt. Sie zeigen Engagement, Initiative, Führungsstärke und sind in der Lage, pragmatische Lösungen zur Vereinfachung von Prozessen zu entwickeln und zu implementieren. Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Französisch, Englisch und Italienisch sind ein Plus.

Arbeitsort ist Basel und häufige Reisen in andere Geschäftsstellen sind zu erwarten.
