The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Risk Management team as a Risk Business Partner HNC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Health, Nutrition & Care business units in identifying, assessing, and managing risks.
You will work closely with risk owners, stakeholders, and senior leaders to drive strategic goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing the main elements of our Risk & Compliance Framework, conducting training sessions, and facilitating risk assessments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Risk & Compliance Framework.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and risk awareness programs.
- Organize and chair risk-related meetings.
- Prepare and coordinate the Risk Management year plan.
- Perform risk assessments and facilitate discussions.
- Coordinate the Risk & Incident reporting process.
- Provide risk oversight, challenge, and advice to risk owners.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in GRC and internal audit.
- Excellent business acumen and partnering skills.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
