Sie verfügen über eine fundierte höhere Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Risiko- und Kreditmanagement sowie über ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in diesen Bereichen. Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen inkl. FINMA-Rundschreiben, der Bankprozesse im Kreditgeschäft, des Risikoframeworks sowie der Märkte und Handelsaktivitäten. Sie sind eine positive und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Wert auf Teamarbeit legt. Sie zeichnen sich durch Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Führungsqualitäten aus und sind in der Lage, pragmatische Lösungen zur Vereinfachung von Prozessen vorzuschlagen. Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Französisch, Englisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
Arbeitsort ist Basel und häufige Reisen in andere Geschäftsstellen sind zu erwarten.
