Do you enjoy translating complex systems into engaging learning experiences?If so, this could be the perfect role for you.We’re seeking a Technical Trainer to take the lead in training delivery and content development for our ABB excitation products. You'll not only train clients, partners, and internal staff—you'll also play a key role in shaping and maintaining our online digital training environment, and prepare learners for our next-generation product launches.Working model is: #LI-HybridYour main responsibilities will be:Delivering technical training on ABB excitation systems (e.g., UNITROL), both virtually and in-person. Additionally, designing, updating, and managing course materials, training manuals, e-learning modules and continuously improve our digital training environment (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual labs, documentation)Collect feedback and assess training effectiveness for ongoing improvement and customized training based on client needs and evolving product specificationsCollaborate with R&D and engineering to align training with latest technological developmentsAct as a technology ambassador—training internal and external users on our next-gen excitation productsYour background:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field as well as experience as a technical trainer, service engineer, or technical instructorSolid technical background in ABB excitation systems (e.g., UNITROL)Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training toolsFluent in English; German and French is welcome.
