Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Immobilienwirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Transaktionsbereich des deutschen Immobilienmarkts
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzanalyse, Immobilienbewertung und Financial Modelling
  • Sicherer Umgang in der Erstellung komplexer Excel-Modelle und Nutzung gängigen Analysetools
  • Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
