Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere EISENHORN Interessenten und Athleten und beantwortest Anfragen per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat.
Direkter Kundenkontakt in den Sprachen Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch liegt dir im Blut.
Du hilfst Kunden bei Fragen zu unseren Produkten, Bestellungen und technischen Anliegen.
Die regelmässige Dokumentation und Pflege von Kundendaten in unserem CRM- und Service-Desk-System sind dir sehr wichtig.
Die Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktivitäten zur Lead-Konvertierung bereitet dir Freude.
Du begleitest Kunden nach dem Kauf, unterstützt bei Produktfragen und sorgst für eine erstklassige Betreuung.
Du findest pragmatische Lösungen für Kundenanliegen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Serviceprozesse bei.
Du gibst wertvolles Kundenfeedback weiter, um Produkte und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten z.B. im Rahmen einer Bestellabwicklung (z.B. Rückfragen zu Versandthemen, Abwicklung Ersatzteilversand, etc.) meisterst du mit links.
Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bringst dich bei Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen und Spezialfällen aktiv ein.
- Als Stellvertretung für den Teamlead im Bereich Customer Support entwickelst du dich gerne weiter.
Du besitzt eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre, ein Studium, eine technische Ausbildung und/oder einen fachspezifischen Abschluss als Fitnesscoach oder ähnlich.
Du hast bereits einige Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Support oder Customer Success gesammelt.
Du brennst dafür unsere EISENHORN Athleten glücklich zu machen und ihre Anliegen positiv zu lösen.
In der Kommunikation via Telefon macht dir keiner etwas vor.
Hohe Kundenorientierung, Geduld und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
Du arbeitest schnell, strukturiert, präzise und gewissenhaft.
Du bist ein proaktiver Teamplayer mit der Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit, um Kundenanliegen umfassend zu lösen.
Du bist belastbar und verlierst auch in hektischen Situationen nicht die Ruhe.
Ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein runden dein Profil ab.
Einwandfreie Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
Technisches Verständnis und die Affinität für Sport- und Fitnessprodukte sind von Vorteil.
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen CRM-, Support-, und Projekmanagement-Tools wie Hubspot und ClickUp sind von Vorteil.
Eine grosse Leidenschaft für alles, was mit Sport, Fitness und Gesundheit zu tun hat ist klar von Vorteil.
