Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Einführung und das laufende Management neuer Investmentprodukte
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Managen nachhaltiger Anlagestrategien entlang der Präferenzen unserer Investoren
  • Überwachung und Bewertung der Performance der bestehenden Investments, um Anpassungen vorzunehmen und die Rendite zu maximieren
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung von Portfolio- und Investmentstrukturen, um sicherzustellen, dass diese den regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen
  • Verfolgung aktueller Markttrends, wirtschaftlicher Entwicklungen und politischer Ereignisse, um mögliche Auswirkungen auf die Investmentstrategie zu bewerten
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für interne Stakeholder und Kunden, um die Leistung und die getroffenen Investmententscheidungen zu kommunizieren
  • Koordination zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen wie Sales, Legal, Structuring, AIFM und Asset Management

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in einem verwandten Bereich
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3-5 Jahren im Investment- oder Fondsmanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Finanzmärkte, Anlageklassen, Finanzinstrumente im Bereich Private Markets (Debt, Equity, Infrastruktur, Immobilien)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Entscheidungsfreude und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Verständnis der regulatorischen Anforderungen und Richtlinien im Zusammenhang mit Investmentfonds
