Product Manager Lung

**Job purpose**
- To maximize the growth of the assigned product(s) within Switzerland by executing commercial projects and services based on the CVT’s brand strategy and brand plans in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams.
- To represent and contribute the local interest and providing local insights to the EMEA/MSM Functional Marketing Networks.
- To lead and steer the CVT in the development and execution of the cross-functional brand strategies and the respective business plan, final accountability remains with BU Lead Oncology.
- To lead the cross-functional development and implementation of local projects.
- To secure Launch Readiness, including the set up and access to the relevant, defined network.
- To maximize national and regional projects such as certification and validation, reimbursement strategy prior to the launch of assigned products.
- To seek and leverage business opportunities with other teams within the Oncology Business Unit fostering our external One Janssen Oncology Position
- To ensure full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients using the product

**Job responsibilities**
- Accountable for leading the development and execution of local commercial projects and services based on the brand plan to position the product in line with the CVT’s strategy and to achieve the defined business objectives (e.g. NTS, MAC & NPS) with the available resources (OOP budget).
- Leads and steers the local Lung-CVT in the development and execution of the commercial brand strategy and the respective business plan, in line with the EMEA, the Mid-Sized-Markets (MSM) and national strategy to achieve the committed business objectives (e.g. NTS) with the agreed resources (OOP, FTE).
- Contributes to the EMEA commercial brand strategies (IBVT Meetings) and** **in the Mid-Sized-Markets (MSM) Marketing Functional networks by providing local market expertise.
- Leads the cross-functional Local Action Team (if applicable) ensuring the deployment of the commercial tactical plan and coordination of cross-functional projects in collaboration with medical team, the sales team and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensures the execution of the local cross-functional stakeholder engagement plans to strengthen our competitive advantage across Switzerland with the goal to drive Janssen’s external focus of the Local Action Team and to implement projects based on individual customer needs.
- Leads local commercial projects, such congress presence, workshops, webinars, services, and educational peer to peer discussions and develops tailored sales materials.
- Plans, monitors, and reports the business performance, identify deviations, and recommends operational and strategic options to improve the commercial performance.
- Contributes to the development of the overall training plan, and leads the development and execution of the commercial training elements
- Develops and manages partnerships with external stakeholders to drive the BU’s & Janssen’s competitive advantage and reputation in collaboration with the cross-functional teams.
- Coordinates third party events/congresses/sponsorships across the BU and develops individual sales materials.
- Aligns the Diagnostic Strategy in close collaboration with the medical team.
- Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Role models the Credo. Ensures continuity of supply._

**Qualifications**
Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Project management skills combined with strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Digital, Omnichannel experience
- Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
- Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
- Digital, Omnichannel experience
- Fluency German & English and Good French language skills preferred
