1 Missions principales 1.1 Conseil en Stratégie IA & Gouvernance des Données
  • Accompagner les entreprises dans la définition et la mise en place de leur stratégie IA.
  • Définir et superviser les bonnes pratiques en gestion des données et en gouvernance IA (éthique, conformité, réglementation).
  • Identifier les cas d'usage pertinents et proposer des feuilles de route adaptées.
  • Évaluer la maturité IA & data des organisations et proposer des recommandations stratégiques.
  • Superviser l'intégration de l'IA dans les infrastructures existantes (on-premise, cloud, edge computing).
1.2 Formation & Acculturation à l'IA
  • Concevoir et animer des formations sur l'IA générative, le machine learning (ML), l'apprentissage profond (Deep Learning), et la gestion des données pour des profils techniques et non techniques.
  • Accompagner les équipes internes dans l'appropriation des technologies IA et leur montée en compétences.
  • Sensibiliser aux enjeux de l'IA : biais algorithmiques, transparence, éthique et impact sociétal.
  • Développer des supports pédagogiques adaptés aux différents niveaux d'expertise.
1.3 Déploiement de l'IA & Pilotage de Projets
  • Assister les entreprises dans le choix des technologies, plateformes et solutions IA.
  • Superviser la mise en place d'architectures IA robustes et évolutives.
  • Piloter des projets de proof of concept (PoC) et accompagner leur industrialisation.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT, Data Science et les métiers pour garantir une adoption réussie des solutions IA.
2 Qualifications et expérience requises 2.1 Minimum requis
  • Diplôme de Master ou Doctorat en Intelligence Artificielle, Data Science, Informatique, Mathématiques appliquées ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en IA, Machine Learning et gestion des données.
  • Expérience en conseil stratégique, transformation digitale et gouvernance IA.
  • Maîtrise des concepts avancés en deep learning, NLP, computer vision, LLMs, MLOps et data governance.
  • Expérience en animation de formations et vulgarisation des concepts IA.
2.2 Idéalement
  • Expérience en conduite du changement et transformation organisationnelle.
  • Connaissance des réglementations nLDP, LPrD, RGPD, AI Act et normes éthiques de l'IA.
  • Maîtrise des plateformes cloud IA pour les PoC :, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
  • Expérience en développement IA open-source et industrialisation des modèles.

  • Français : niveau courant (écrit et oral).
  • Anglais : niveau professionnel (écrit et oral).
  • La maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout.
