Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Votre mission:

En tant que COO, vous êtes un cadre exécutif et dirigeant dans notre société. Vous êtes

responsable de l'exploitation efficace et rentable de nos laboratoires tout en garantissant la mise en œuvre des décisions stratégiques et l'amélioration continue de nos processus opérationnels. Doté d'une solide expertise et formation, vous possédez une réelle sensibilité pour la médecine de laboratoire et/ou comprenez l'importance du diagnostic médical. Grâce à votre vision orientée résultats et votre attention particulière à la qualité et à la maîtrise des coûts, vous contribuez à notre croissance et compétitivité.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Superviser les processus opérationnels et administratifs au sein d'une structure multisites, incluant les laboratoires hospitaliers.
  • Assurer la mise en place et le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité ainsi que des exigences réglementaires en étroite collaboration avec le département qualité.
  • Diriger et optimiser de manière proactive l'infrastructure informatique pour garantir un environnement de travail sécurisé et efficient, en faisant progresser la digitalisation.
  • Piloter le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour optimiser l'efficacité sans concession sur la qualité des services et des analyses.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la direction pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques telles que l'extension de notre gamme de prestations, la multiplication de sites et l'introduction de nouveaux modèles.
  • Encadrer une équipe interdisciplinaire en adoptant un style de leadership positif, transparent et respectueux.

Votre profil:

  • Titre FAMH (ou un diplôme équivalent), complété par un diplôme en sciences naturelles et/ou médicales ou titre d'Analyste Biomédical/e ES.
  • Expérience avérée dans un poste de direction, de préférence en tant que COO, avec un solide bagage en gestion d'entreprise.
  • Connaissances dans le domaine des laboratoires médicaux ou technologie médicale ainsi que dans les systèmes de santé et de tarification.
  • Bilingue Français & Allemand, Italien un plus.
  • Forte affinité pour les technologies de l'information et un sens prononcé du service.
  • Esprit stratégique, sens de l'analyse et de la résolution de problèmes, avec un haut degré de responsabilité personnelle et de capacité décisionnelle.
  • Style de leadership positif et bienveillant pour favoriser une ambiance de travail axée sur la confiance et la performance.
