  • Du arbeitest bei der nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung der Themengebiete Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation, Datenmanagement und Systeme mit und überprüfst kontinuierlich deren Wirksamkeit.
  • In Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern entwickelst du die notwendigen Standards, Methoden sowie Tools und stellst eine nachhaltige Umsetzung sowie Verankerung mit Wissenstransfer und Wirksamkeitskontrolle in der Organisation sicher.
  • Du analysierst die Geschäftseinheit im Hinblick auf Operational Excellence und erarbeitest nachhaltige Lösungen zur Leistungssteigerung.
  • Du förderst die regionenübergreifende Vernetzung und bringst verschiedene Kulturen zusammen, um die gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung und Verankerung sicherzustellen. Zudem etablierst Feedback-Mechanismen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson unterstützt du die Kolleg:innen in strategischen und konzeptionellen Fragestellungen.
  • Du führst ausgewählte Optimierungsprojekte gemäss Entwicklungsportfolio.

  • Mit deiner konzeptionellen, lösungsorientierten und selbständigen Arbeitsweise bringst du dich proaktiv in unsere Organisation ein.
  • Dank deiner adressatengerechten Kommunikation gelingt es dir, auch komplexe Sachverhalte über unterschiedliche Hierarchiestufen verständlich zu erfassen und zu übermitteln.
  • Erfahrungen mit Agile-Methoden, Jira und Confluence sowie eine Affinität zu ERP-Systemen wie SAP sind von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwissenschaften und hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1). Gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
