  • Du leitest strategische und organisationale Projekte und Initiativen im Controlling zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs.
  • Anforderungen zur Steuerung der finanziellen und operativen Prozesse verwaltest du transparent und stellst deren effiziente Umsetzung sicher.
  • Mit der Harmonisierung und Standardisierung der Reporting-, Tool- und Prozesslandschaft innerhalb der Controlling Community trägst du zur Förderung von Effizienz und Konsistenz bei.
  • In deiner Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Business Controlling und Systembereichen, stellst du eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit sicher.
  • Du etablierst Feedback-Mechanismen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Zusammenspiels zwischen der Controlling Service Organisation und deren Stakeholdern, sowie Sicherstellung von Lösungen, die den sich ändernden Geschäftsbedürfnissen gerecht werden.
  • Trends im Bereich Controlling beobachtest du zur Implementierung innovativer Ansätze und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung unserer Prozesse.

  • Du bist proaktiv, antizipierst Trends und arbeitest ziel- und lösungsorientiert. Das Kommunizieren und die Lösungsfindung mit divisionalen Interessenvertretern bereitet dir Freude. Du präsentierst deine Ideen professionell und überzeugst vor Fachpublikum.
  • Mit deinen ausgeprägten konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten kannst du Strukturierungen von Sachverhalten, Variantenbildungen und –bewertungen verständlich darstellen.
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in Arbeitstechniken und -methoden in der Projektführung setzen wir voraus. Agile Methoden und klassisches Projektmanagement sind dir ebenfalls bekannt.
  • Du bringst ein breites technisches Wissen in Power-BI/-Automate/-Apps, Jira, Confluence, Office 365, SAP mit.
  • Mit deiner mehrjährigen Erfahrung im Controlling und Prozessmanagement in einer ähnlichen Position bist du bestens für diese Herausforderung gerüstet.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation runden dein Profil ab.
