The Senior Manager of the Albumin Bulk Facility is a critical role that requires a strong background in operations management, leadership, and technical expertise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of your employees and the technical workplace safety, as well as driving reliability and quality in bulk product output.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the safety of employees and technical workplace safety through instruction, training, and establishment of operating procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive reliability and quality in bulk product output.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and keep the facility, systems, and processes up to date.
- Lead initiatives and projects to maintain operational excellence and the CAPEX portfolio.
- Foster a culture of excellence and growth within the team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry in advanced operational functions/leadership required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
