About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Be accountable for the development of corporate strategy and guidelines governing global base pay policy, recognition, pay ranges, job architecture and gradingEnsure Global C&B Unit comprehends C&B policies and strategy, provides advisory to the Global C&B Unit and other HR colleagues (incl.
