An independent Swiss wealth manager and External Asset Manager (EAM) in Zug/Zurich is seeking experienced Relationship Managers / Private Bankers ready to embrace a highly entrepreneurial role. Our client is specifically looking for professionals who are well-versed in either the Foreign Exchange (FX) or Precious Metals (PM) investment realms, and ideally both. This is not a typical salaried position but an exceptional opportunity to move onto a Partner Track and operate with true independence. Our client is looking for self-motivated professionals who want to transition into a flexible, client-centric setup and build a collaborative partnership to drive mutual success. You will leverage your established client relationships (with portfolios starting from CHF 1 million+ in assets per client) to maintain and develop your client base, while actively acquiring new clients through your personal network and qualified leads. Your responsibilities will involve providing holistic advice, encompassing wealth management, lending, investment advisory, and international structuring, all while ensuring compliance with Swiss financial and regulatory requirements.This is a unique chance to combine your independence with the robust infrastructure of a leading Swiss financial institution. As a partner, you gain Prime Broker access to over 15 global investment banks and an open-architecture platform, delivering institutional-level execution and liquidity, particularly in our clients’ areas of deep expertise: Foreign Exchange (FX) and Precious Metals (PM). Our client offers full support from a dedicated cross-asset investment team, a multi-bank asset consolidation platform, and a broad network in alternative investments and real estate.
