Sie möchten Ihr Know-how in einem global agierenden Grosskonzern einbringen und an den technischen Lösungen von morgen mitwirken?

Wir suchen als Verstärkung unseres Teams einen Spezialisten (m/w/d) in der Ground-Based Air Defense (GBAD) für unsere Flugabwehrsysteme.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:

  • Verantwortung für die die Weiterentwicklung und Verbreitung des GBAD Know-hows innerhalb der Organisation

  • Erstellung von Roadmaps und Konzepten für zukünftige GBAD Systeme

  • Einbringung von spezifischem taktischem Wissen in verschiedene Projekte sowie sowie die technische und taktische Beratung im Dialog mit Stakeholdern

  • Analyse von Kundenanfragen und –bedürfnissen

  • Erarbeitung von individuellen Gesamt- und Teilsystemlösungen einschließlich deren Integration in die Kundenorganisation

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengang oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung

  • Fähigkeit zum konzeptionellen Arbeiten

  • Zukunftsorientiertes Denken und Handeln mit Blick auf die nächste Generation von GBAD Systemen

  • Militärische Ausbildung als Offizier (m/w/d) bei der Flugabwehr mit umfangreicher praktischer Erfahrung im Einsatz von GBAD Systemen

  • Führungserfahrung und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Systementwicklung

  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse

  • Reisebereitschaft im Arbeitskontext
