Tasks
  • Take over responsibility for top clients delivering the best IT contractors from a leading database and network
  • Compete, challenge and lead the market for contracting placements
  • Seeking new business opportunities within the warm accounts to generate leads and opportunities
  • Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism
  • Alongside talented recruitment experts, prove your capability to be a top account manager
Requirements
  • 2+ years or more in recruitment specializing in IT
  • Communicative, outgoing and passionate about recruitment
  • Relationship-driven account manager who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results
  • IT contract recruitment experience on the Swiss market
  • Genuine service attitude coupled with a sense of urgency and tenacity
  • English and German professional level
