Tasks:
  • Take over responsibility for top clients delivering the best IT contractors from a leading database and network.
  • Compete, challenge, and lead the market for contracting placements.
  • Seek new business opportunities within the warm accounts to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism.
  • Alongside talented recruitment experts, prove your capability to be a top account manager.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years or more in recruitment specializing in IT.
  • Communicative, outgoing, and passionate about recruitment.
  • Relationship-driven account manager who wants to deliver high-quality solutions and results.
  • IT contract recruitment experience in the Swiss market.
  • Genuine service attitude coupled with a sense of urgency and tenacity.
  • English and German professional level.
