KVALITO Senior Life Science Consultant, ERP Business Process Manager

Job Title: ERP Business Process Manager
Location: Basel, Switzerland/remote

Mission:
We are seeking a Senior ERP Business Process Manager with extensive SAP expertise to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain and order management processes in a global, highly regulated industry. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing ERP transitions, driving business unit integrations, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the design, optimization, and implementation of ERP-related business processes, ensuring seamless integration with organizational operations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERP system transitions, including preparation, execution, and post-go-live support.
  • Lead E2E Order, Funds, and Goods Flows for seamless supply chain operations.
  • Ensure efficient Toll Reconciliation processes to maintain operational compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to evaluate and implement ERP configurations that meet strategic and operational requirements.
  • Incorporate input from manufacturing sites and customers to create scalable and efficient ERP solutions.
  • Define user requirements and ensure alignment with operational needs.
  • Manage system testing, cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare phases to guarantee timely and successful project go-lives.
  • Act as the primary interface between IT, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure all implemented processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ERP business process management, with a focus on SAP.
  • Demonstrated expertise in E2E supply chain and order management processes, preferably in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
  • Proven track record of leading ERP system migrations, implementations, and integrations in a global environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and related tools.
  • Experience with ERP interfaces and integration with other IT applications.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, Toll Reconciliation, and financial flows within ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
